For gyms, studios and coaches
Pick a start date and a length. Share a QR code. Confirm who joins. Then see what your members log, as they log it.
Free to start. Members scan a QR code and join in the Brekkie app.
Name it, pick a start date and choose how long it runs: 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks, or a length of your own.
Every programme has its own QR code and link. Show it at the gym or send it to your group.
People ask to join, and you decide. Nobody is on your programme until you confirm them, and you can do it from your phone at the gym.
No summaries to chase and no screenshots to ask for. Open a member and see their days.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, each with the time and the amount.
Each day and week, set against that member’s own calorie, protein, carb and fat goals.
On the dates you set for the programme. Members are asked on those days.
If a member adds a photo to something they log, you see it with that log.
There are no leaderboards and nobody is marked as behind. Going over a goal is just a number, as it is in the app. Nothing turns red.
A place for the group to talk, the way many programmes already do in a chat. You set how it works for each programme.
Likes, comments and messages are switched on or off separately for each programme, and you can change them while it runs. You can remove a post or a comment if you need to.
The app is the same calm Brekkie. Nothing turns red, and nobody is told off.
Search, scan a barcode or weigh the food. Regulars come first, and every log can be undone.
Before anyone asks to join, the app tells them what the gym will see and what it won’t.
Your view of their food stops at once. Their diary stays theirs.
Members can look back at the programmes they’ve been on, covering only the time they were on them.
Free and Pro run the same programmes. What changes is whether your members pay for Brekkie themselves, or you cover them.

You cover your members. The app is free for them during your programmes.
£3per member a month
£2 after your first 25.
Several gyms under one account, with one bill.
By arrangement
Everything a member logs while they are on your programme: each food by meal, with times and amounts, their totals against their goals, their weight check-ins on the dates you set, and any photo they add to a log.
Their Ask Brekkie conversations, and anything from outside the dates they were on your programme. Other members never see a member’s diary, only what that member chooses to post to the feed.
No. Your seeing what they log is part of being on the programme, and the join screen says so plainly before anyone asks to join. Someone who would rather not share doesn’t join, and can still use Brekkie on their own.
Any time, in one tap. Your view of their food stops at once.
You do. Scanning your QR code only asks to join. Nobody is on the programme until you confirm them, and you can do that from your phone.
Four, six, eight or twelve weeks, or a length you choose. You pick the start date.
A place for the programme to talk, like the group chats many programmes already run. You can post to it and ask people to share a meal. Members choose, each time, whether to post one. You switch likes, comments and messages on or off for each programme.
No. There are no leaderboards and nobody is marked as behind. Nothing turns red.
On the Free plan, members pay for the app themselves once their free month is over. On Pro, you pay for each member and the app is free for them while they are on your programmes.
